Is your leadership training HRD Corp claimable?
Yes, for eligible employers, subject to HRD Corp approval. We deliver through FutureX, an HRD Corp-registered training provider. For the public Business Enneagram Leadership programme, eligible employers pay nothing upfront. We prepare the quotation and claim documents with you. Apply about 3–4 weeks before the training. Can the training be run in Mandarin?
Yes. We run leadership training in English, in Mandarin, or both in the same room. Assessments and reports are available in English and Simplified Chinese.
Do you run in-house training in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore?
Yes. We are based in Kuala Lumpur and run in-house workshops across Malaysia and in Singapore, in person or virtually.
What is an Enneagram leadership workshop?
A practical workshop that uses the Enneagram to show leaders how they and their people tend to decide, communicate and handle pressure. It is used for reflection and better conversations, not to label people.
Do participants need to know the Enneagram?
No. Each participant takes a short online assessment before the session. Everything is explained in business language.
Is this team building?
No. Team building is about bonding. This work looks at how your people actually work together, and agrees practical changes.
