One pattern, five pairs, one afternoon.

A regional leadership team of eight — strong individually, slow together. The map showed one pattern repeated across five working pairs: direct challengers matched with harmony-keepers. Decisions were made fast in the room and quietly revisited after it. The working session focused on that single pattern and how each pair closes a decision. The insight was new to no one. The practical details.

In person or virtual?

Both. We're based in Kuala Lumpur and run sessions across Malaysia, Singapore and China — in person where it matters most, virtual where it's practical.

English or Chinese?

Either, or both in the same room. Facilitation, assessments and reports are fully bilingual (English / 简体中文).

Do our leaders need Enneagram background?

No. Sessions run in business language — hiring, decisions, feedback, pressure. The framework does its work underneath; nobody needs to learn typology vocabulary to benefit.

How do we start?

A conversation. Tell us the team, the context, and what feels slow or stuck. We'll tell you plainly whether this fits — and if it doesn't, we'll say so.
